Why Pilates Based? Because it is better for your body. Pilates Based exercises endorsed by Physical Therapists use modern day technology for determination of good alignment. Your spine is therefore protected from a compromised position. And there are exercises added to the original Pilates program that specifically strengthen the spine. These added exercises still use the original Pilates theory of movement. They also work to strengthen other body parts omitted from the original program. A balanced body is the result of the Pilates Based Program we offer. Better for you.

 

Because we can’t be with you everywhere you are we have developed the Pilates Video to be with you when you cannot be at Studio 1 Pilates.

 

At STUDIO 1 Pilates we teach you how to execute the movements correctly.
